The question in our own words · page 3
The paper shows a wavy graph of \(y=f(x)\) for \(-4\le x\le4\), and four candidate graphs. Which one is \(y=f(-x)+2\)? Here we use our own \(f\) with the same features: it starts low on the left, peaks at \((0,1)\), dips to about \(-1.5\) at \(x=2\) and ends at \((4,2)\).
